FULL RANGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND SERVICES
Redesign of islands on Pennsylvania Ave. and Spring Garden St. Tunnel Entrance in Center City Philadelphia. The project included new islands, curb, sidewalk, ADA ramps, pedestrian crossings, lighting, traffic control devices, and repaving. Materials provided by affiliated companies TDPS Materials and Highway Materials for asphalt and stone.
Ben Franklin Parkway Streetscape
Reconstruction of Ben Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia. Included design and construction of ADA sidewalk ramps, brick and cobble stone pavers. This project included green infrastructure in accordance to PWD specifications.
CSX Track Lowering
Tony DePaul and Son was contracted by CSX to lower the grade of two sets of railroad tracks in Northeast Philadelphia to allow for double-stack intermodal trains to travel under Southampton Rd. This project included excavation, grading and underground drainage work. During the project at least one rail was active the entire time.
Tony DePaul and Son was contracted by the Philadelphia International Airport to reconfigure several existing taxiways and construct two new taxiways. The project also included new underground drainage, electrical, concrete demolition, and new asphalt paving. This project was in anticipation of eventually constructing a new runway at the facility.
Project involved mill and repave of SR 117 in Lancaster Co. Materials supplied by Highway Materials’ Lititz plant.
Project was to replace two bridges on Bainbridge Rd. in Lancaster Co. Project included the demolition of two existing bridges and replacement with both cast in-place and box culvert construction. Additionally, Bainbridge Rd. was regraded and repaved for 400‘ on each bridge approach. A cow-path was also installed beneath one bridge for a local rancher. Materials were supplied from affiliated companies County Line Quarry for stone and concrete and asphalt from Highway Materials’ Wrightsville Asphalt Plant.
